 History of the PTA

 All Saints PTA was formed when the school opened in 2001 and has been actively fund raising to support the school in many different ways.  We are a registered charity and currently have many parent members made up of long standing experienced members and new comers.  Over the past ten years the PTA, with the support of the parents, have raised many thousands of pounds.

Funds raised in previous years have paid for new computers in the ICT suite, a new AV system in the hall and numerous other items including kick walls, a bike shelter, trim trail and more recently a large update of the school’s reading books.

The PTA not only raise funds for the various projects at school, but also provide some really great events for the children to participate in. Over the years we have regularly run pamper evenings, garden parties, Easter egg hunts , Summer and Christmas fairs and the children’s favourite, the termly school discos!  

The PTA is a friendly dedicated team run by parents and staff on a voluntary basis. The team enjoys putting events together to ensure all of the children get the best out of their school years.

The major events take a vast amount of planning and even one mornings help can make a large difference.  The committee does ask throughout the year for contributions for tombola’s etc. There is no obligation to contribute but these are easy ways for all families to get involved in the fund raising.

We are always open to new ideas and members so if you would like to join the committee or come along to one of our meetings to find out more, do not hesitate to get in contact with us via the school office. We would love to hear from you.
